Our unique virtual training offers a weekly workout constructed under the direction of our knowledgeable instructors and licensed Physical Therapists.

Each week you receive access to a weekly training path that includes 4 workouts (Upper body & Lower body, Feet & Core, Flexibility & Mobility, and Skills). Each workout is between 10 and 20 so it easily fits in any busy schedule!

Each week that you train, a new workout will drop into your library. The longer you train with us, the bigger your library will be! We drip content into the library to be sure dancers have a balanced week of workouts and don't overtrain/undertrain certain areas.

Virtual Training memberships can be cancelled at any time after your first two billing cycles, however, because our training is progressive, should you ever return to our training, your progressive library build would start over. This ensures safe progression as dancers restart strength training.

This training is NOT personalized and does not offer accountability resources (check out our 1:1 training for more personalized training).
