Whether you are a hip hop and pom team, college or high school team, a ballet focused studio team, or anywhere in between our strength training program will be curated to challenge you and take your group to the next level!
We have many pieces of expensive equipment used in our in-studio training that greatly benefit dancers. We have worked hard to mimic many of the movements and exercises that are done on these pieces of equipment with portable/affordable equipment in your home!
All dancers will be guided through an onboarding process that will help them set up their training app and prepare for the program.
Each team is assigned a personal trainer who will monitor and motivate your group. Your trainer can be reached right through the app via a messaging portal so dancers can ask questions and be offered modifications for exercises if needed.
Team challenges, leaderboards and accountability check ins take the stress of monitoring outside of practice/studio training out of the hands of the coach/instructor.
Your trainer stays in close contact with studio instructors or team coaches to offer tweaks and add ons if needed throughout the training.

You will notice a difference on and off the competition and performance floor. Less injuries, stronger execution, stronger team bonds and more!
If you do not have any of the equipment, we sometimes offer modifications, however, we highly suggest working toward getting all pieces to fully benefit from the training.
Choose a ball that allows your dancer to sit on the ball with feet flat on the floor knees at a 90 degree angle.
A homemade slant board can also be made by propping on yoga block on another.
