What Makes Dance Technician Virtual Training Different?

There are so many virtual options for dancers these days to learn choreography, improve technique and strength train. So, what makes Dance Technician so different?

Our workouts are backed by licensed PTs with a dance focus.

Every workout is a collaboration of our knowledgeable instructors and Physical Therapists. The training path allows for rest days for specific muscle groups and balanced training for the entire body.

Our workouts aren't geared toward one "type" of dancer.

Our workouts are perfect for ballet specific dancers, competitive dancers, recreational dancers, high school and collegiate dancers and even adults looking to regain the strength and flexibility from when they used to dance!

Our workouts mimic the same experience you get on expensive equipment.

We have many pieces of expensive equipment used in our in-studio training that greatly benefit dancers. We have worked hard to mimic many of the movements and exercises that are done on these pieces of equipment with portable/affordable equipment in your home!

Suggested Equipment for Virtual Training

We use basic strength training equipment for our virtual training. Some items you may already have! We have linked the brands we love the most for an easy way to build your own Dance Technician training facility at home!

If you do not have any of the equipment, we sometimes offer modifications, however, we highly suggest working toward getting all pieces to fully benefit from the training.
